TWO NEW FACES AT "LE CYGNE"

Guess who? They both come from Paris and have owned a mobile home at Les Pres de la Fontaine for three years. They've successfully run their own bar / restaurant for nearly 10 years and now live with their two sons in the village of Hermé
A really big welcome to Geraldine and Pascal, the new managers of the park's bar/restaurant "Le Cygne", who've got the new season off to an excellent start with a super selection of new menus and the warmest of receptions.
Pascal started his career in the food industry as an apprentice butcher and then progressed to a master butcher specialising in pork products. He then switched to large scale catering at IBM where he worked as a chef in their central catering facility at Corbeil Essones for 15 years. In 1999, they bought their own bar/restaurant in Saint Geneviève and through hard work and innovative menus ran a successful business for nearly10years.
Having been a mobile home owner at the park for three years, they had always wanted to settle in the area and in 2003 they bought their own house in Hermé. "We loved the park," said Geraldine, "it's so peaceful and close to nature and an ideal spot for young children. I'm really happy to be working here and I think the arrival of the English clients is an excellent idea so that the two nationalities can mix together and get to know each other. We want to create a really happy atmosphere here so that more and more customers will come to the bar year after year," she said. |
